This section explains how we at Woodworldwide (part of Frank Pouwer reclaimed wood) handle personal data and which cookies are placed by ourselves and third parties.

Privacy

We handle registered data such as e-mail addresses, names, phone numbers, address information and other personal details with care. We do not sell e-mail addresses or other data and do not hand over any information. We use your personal information to give you a better customer experience. We need your address and contact information for creating requested offers or handling checkouts. All personal information is securely stored and information such as passwords are salted and encrypted. Payment information such as credit card details or banking information is currently not part of our website but in the future this will be handled by a third-party who is PCA compliant.

In order for the website to properly function, we use cookies. A cookie is a small file which your browser stores making it possible to remember state and data.

We currently only use cookies for keeping track of your preffered language and for Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to analyze data and create a better customer experience.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collection anonymised data on sufring behaviour. In order to track your session usage, Google places a cookie `_ga` in your browser. This cookie contains an anonymous id and contains no identifiable information. We also send Google your IP address. We use Google Analytics to look at your behaviour on the website, what pages you looked at, for how long etc. We care about this information because we want to ensure the best customer experience / improve our product. Functional cookies

We use cookies to keep track of your language preferences and authentication state. In your browser's local storage we keep your checkout and cart.
